BMS - Battery Charger Disconnect Box
The BMS battery charger disconnect box (BMS-BDBX) allows to manage simple chargers with the RT-BMS. Simple chargers are those chargers that do not have the possibility to communicate with the BMS.
In case of overvoltage during charging of the battery, the RT-BMS provides a signal to the relay in the BMS-BDBX to disconnect the 230V AC circuit. This way the charging is stopped. The signal level is 12V DC to power relay coil.
The BMS battery charger disconnect box contains a 12VDC/230VAC relay and a 10A protective circuit breaker.
